Influence of stress wave-induced disturbance on ultra-low friction in broken blocks

Abstract Deep rock mass tends to be broken into blocks when mining for materials deep below the surface. The layer of roof mine can regarded as a system fractured mass. When subjected high ground stress and mining-induced disturbance, effect ultra-low friction block easily becomes apparent, induce burst other accidents. By taking research object, this study developed test experimentally examine its effects on under wave-induced disturbance. We used horizontal displacement working characteristic parameter reflecting friction, laws displacement, acceleration, energy by changing frequency amplitude results show that disturbance is related generation in block. wave within 1–3 Hz, significantly increases maximum acceleration blocks. greater intensity is, higher degree fragmentation, more likely are occur between impact load fragmentation mass, easier it occur. Stress main causes sliding instability dominant kinetic 20 likely.
